W&C just rang. I said Gerry hadn't picked up the phone - he says he won't because he doesn't recognise my number. Hopefully W&C will get through to the sol and Daki.
I've emailed the barrister though whether she will pick it up before tomorrow is anybody's guess.
Hopefully panic over - Solicitor on the phone to him now. My main concern was that if he doesn't turn up tomorrow while the jury goes out how the hell will that look? If they don't know where he is, they will think he's done a runner and if they find out he's in hospital - well we know what they would think...
Poor W&C he's got his trial to come and he really didn't need this on top of his own matter......
