So sorry I haven't been able to reply on this thread but been really busy the last few days.
Daki, I really do hope this goes the right way and you stand your ground without getting too upset when cross-examined by the Crown. When you start to feel anger or tears rising just count to 5, come back to yourself and think 'they are doing their job, it is not personal even though it feels like it....' and answer the questions as well as you can without going around the houses, and address your answer to the jury, not the nasty barrister.
