Hi all tomorrow's my birthday I can't sleep the thought I got trial in couple of weeks again the innocent suffer, I am angry, frightened and don't want to get out of bed feel like calling in sick.

At least a number of our members are free now,I need strength but it's so hard to carry on. Everyday I come on here believing oneday I would put my own dancing bananas up a tone of them

Keep strong her lies will be exposed. I feel worse now I'm free than I did while on bail, because she still one as my name is ruined and ivee lost thousands but yet she can still walk free after admitting lying, hope ur ok my friend

Daki, try taking some calming tablets (Kalmz, Quiet Life) that can help you calm down. I started taking those tablets as recommended it helps provide you a monotonous feeling most of the day.. take away palpitations. My partner is going on trial from today till wednesday and I am still sane! Try to be calm as this is what we need to be to fight!!
