        Daki,

For your health and sanity will you please stop panicking.

Gerry will sort the transfer of legal representation order.

My husband had a solicitor firm who essentially threw the case as they were more

interested in 'keeping in' with the club at the Crown Court.

Gerry and Julia Krish argued hubby's grounds for changing solicitor in the face of

opposition from the firm and a judge who was friendly with the firm.

We had five weeks to sort everything out as previous solicitors had done nothing.

I had done all the legal donkey work (Thank God), gave it all to Gerry and Julia, they

sorted it and Julia used the important stuff at hubby's trial.

Hubby was found NOT GUILTY in the face of prosecutorial and police misconduct.

One ground to change solicitor is: Solicitor is mis-advising you and telling you things

that are patently untrue and is denying you the best opportunity for you to

approach the court with confidence having had all practicable time to obtain, assess

and use material to build the best defence, which is your inalienable right under

Article 6(1) and (2) of the Human Rights Act 1998.

Set youself to fight this, you can only do this if you stop running around like a

headless chicken wasting time in self-doubt and panic.

Stop, take a few deep breaths, speak to Gerry calmly, get as much information,

material, evidence that could help your case to him even if you don't think it is

        relevent, important etc.

Go to your GP and get anti-anxiety medication please and take it.

There are times when abject terror causes us to lose all sense of perspective, it is

the same for those in an aircraft in the process of crashing.

How they deal with the inevitable dictates their chances of survival.

The same applies for innocent victims falsely accused.

This is a plane crash, determine to survive it albeit blooded and bruised but able to

walk away from the devastation alive.

So, from 9am Monday 19th Dec you will set to work and get control of the situation

        you find yourself in.

        VJ

I think VJ means the forensic analysis which she did on hubby's case seeking out the inconsistencies and flagging them up which could well have made a difference to the verdict of the jury.

Also I know for a fact that she has studied rules and guidelines of PACE.

In real terms the "legal" work is the identifying of various cases that could help with Abuse of Process arguments (the latest ones that have superseded all the others); recognising/accepting Rules of Admissibility of Evidence and making use of them in a tactical manner......
