How in the name of Christ can someone that has made a false allegation in the past even get the time of day from cops?! I know they like convictions but these are cops real people! If you lie about something like this thats it! thats it for you accusing people off anything!

The way the allegation against me was put by the false accuser cannot even be physically done

And she gave me, the police and two of her friends diffrent accounts of what happened

All on the same day

Guess what I'm in court tomorrow

Talk about wasting tax payers money

Today we also got our date for the trial. It was scheduled on May; that is a good sign for us. I prayed for it not to fall on April as April is always a bad month for my partner. Somehow small things like this keep our hopes up. I hope you get a date you will like also.

good luck daki, i also get my trial date tomorrow, i have found out the prosecution witness is normally a defence barrister not really sure if it helps me or not but just gotta wait and see. good luck be thinking of you
