my answer to your question is yes yes yes change both if you want to
don,t make the mistake i made .my solicitor engaged the wrong barrister to my sons case and we got guilty he never had a clue. do it now and waste no time you need a barrister with extensive experience of sexual offences . you will need every bit of help you can get believe me !!!

Which area (county) are you in sadman?

You will probably not be allowed to change sol if you are on public funding but you ARE entitled to the barrister of choice if he or she is available and would be prepared to take the matter on.

          http://www.no5.com/members/andrew-baker

Andrew Baker was the barrister for the guy who got me into this mess!

Had my friend Rob behaved himself in the dock (he told the judge to stuff his wig up his ar*e where the sun don’t shine - or words to that effect!) and was heavily critical of the complainant (he had every right to be but juries do not like that) he would not have been found guilty.

Nine months later Andrew got him out on appeal. Andrew also had conduct of an appeal I attended in January and our man walked after serving over five years for something that never happened.......

My friend's case was heard at Stafford Crown court so he is within the catchment area I would think.
