I have to tell you that few actually get to the appeal courts. I think I said on the phone that it is REALLY difficult to appeal these cases once it gets to the Court.
It is also really difficult to find grounds for appeal that CA will accept. Common sense does not come into it as innocence is not a defence or a ground with which to appeal.
If we do find grounds however, it really depends on what the grounds are as to whether there is a retrial. Best there is not, as otherwise he could be found guilty all over again.
We are at the very beginning and it is time consuming. However, as we said on the phone if we work together then at least we can do everything we can to right this terrible wrong.

Ah forgive me i now understand, it doesn't matter how long it takes just that innocence is proven in the end, i want my little boys growing up knowing the truth about their daddy not nasty lies.
