By her stadning you mean her knowledge of the court then that is what I also fear her vengance + knowledge she can do a lot to me.

I also think she has undiagnosed Bipolar and it trying to avoid the real reasons why our marriage failed.

Big day tomorrow my sol will start to make contact with investigating officer to see what CPS decision is.

Bail review due Friday....

Hoping for the best yoda. You've had a long wait. But often the constant rebailing shows they still haven't got sufficient evidence to charge. They're more likely to charge quicker than NFA.

Not always the case mind you. Keep strong. You're doing well.

1. Officer in charge not on Duty till 1000 on Friday.
2. Collegue checked and still no decision from CPS.
3. Earliest I'll find out will be 1200 on Friday when OIC back in on Duty and has chased CPS.
4. Bail review will be at 1700 same day.

Not going to be an easy week.

I have everything crossed for you for Friday that it's NFA. We are also waiting for CPS decision so I can empathise with you. Easier said than done, but try to keep busy for the next few days and it'll be here before you know it.

spoke to sols today...

The police are chasing CPS but they my not make a decision till 5 mins before my bail back. No decision has been made otherwise they would of told my sols and me!

If only i could go to sleep and wake up in 48hrs.

Not sure I can go into work the next fews days I'm not able to concentrate anyway!
