Ah ok - so material evidence of a sort. You have to think though, "how can the Crown twist this evidence?"

Crown: "Well ladies and gentlemen of the jury, many abusive people hide their tempers from visitors and we know that most of this type of abuse goes on behind closed doors....."

A good defence barrister should be able to over-ride such statements in their closing speech.

just to let you know nothing much has happend we are both feeling a little better we have some character witnesses and i would like to thank evryone for there support
