Stay away from them!!! My duty sol said to the police that I went for holiday, when in reality I was working!!!Im not going in to the details but they cant be trusted.

Marynarz, it is good you know the solicitor is a bad one. We waited for about 4 months to change solicitor; once we changed only then the police get more statement from the other side. My partner was charged only after 10 months of being on bail. It is okay to be calm but I think we need to be proactive in this sort of thing.

Well, I'm calm much more than being on bail for almost 10 months :-/
Just to update you all.
Haved preliminary... Today :-)
Next time have to go to court is February.
So now I can concentrate on my family ( all of them are ill now :-)) ) work and on Christmas :-))
