I have sent info for RFLH in an email asking her to forward it to voa but it seems there is no way to do that. I do not necessarily have to have voa's contact details at this stage just a way of passing on information.

                  TO be exact

                  Spoken to solicitor today.
he says, I am 'technicly' guilty of possestion of pics, becouse girl later told me she was 17, not 18. Her friends statment backs my claim that she was 18.
In interview, tyhey asked so many times (going to police to hear tapes tomo) that they 'twist' my info, that crime had already been commited, ie she told me after that she was17.
and apparently, even though, agreed she instigated and directed shots, whilst i was still consuming half a bottle of vodka, when she later confessed, becouse i did not (and i am not or have never been involved in taking or viewing any pics like these) delete them imidiatly, i am apparently 'guilty anyway'
NOW i have from a care worker from the apparent secure accomidation this girl is supposed to reside at, that she is a ACCUSER has she done this before?????
can i accsess this information?????? should cps of taken the word of a girl, that HAS accused 3 or 4 times before, and put me in jail for 3 months, before offering a deal, that i stupidly took, (but was facing 10 yrs) to accept a minor charge of possesing an image, that they can convict on.
Any further advice please??? doctior is worried, orderd counciling and 3 months off work due to stress levels, not that i can leave the home anyway.

You are obviously regretting accepting guilt for possessing the images, but have you actually entered a guilty plea at Crown Court already or is this what your appearance in two weeks is for? (PCMH)

If you have not had the PCMH then you still have an opportunity to put in a not guilty plea; obviously then you will have to construct a defence and lay this before judge and jury.

(If you do decide to plead not guilty make absolutely sure that the rape charge has been dropped by the CPS and you are only pleading not guilty to charge of possession; otherwise you are gamboling with your 'life')

Hi VOA, what you are going through in your own mind is perfectly normal, especially due to the horrendous circumstances you now find yourself in.

Look at it this way. Up till now, you’ve lead a normal life, and because of the events of one evening, it’s like you’ve been picked up and taken away from planet earth, and dumped on a different planet where all the rules are completely different. You are now struggling to relate to this, because you’re trying to see it all in the context of what you know from your previous life back on planet earth. But of course, because it’s so different, you’re completely confused and you think it’s out of control.

You’re also desperately trying to project your newfound circumstances into your future life back on planet earth, and you see that there is no connection, and there for you have conscious or subconscious extreme fears for the future.

The answer to all this is to stop your brain fighting with all this. Put simply, compartmentalise what you are now doing into past life and current situation boxes. Your priority at the moment is to deal with the current situation, and not try to make a bridge between the current situation and your friends from your past life. You’re just wasting Time & Energy doing that now. Sure, if your friends from past life want to come in to your current situation, welcome them with open arms and talk to them, because they can be helpful and supportive. But don’t waste energy yourself in trying to build the bridge between the two lives, as you have bigger and better things to concentrate on at the moment. And building any bridges can be done in the future, when you don’t have bigger priorities.

This idea of compartmentalisation should also be applied to how you deal with the current situation. Find out as much as you can about the rules of the game (which you are doing here). If you’ve say played football all your life, and your suddenly put into a game of cricket (which you know nothing about), the tendency is to try to play cricket using the rules of football. So don’t try to work out how the offside law applies in cricket, speak to the professionals and find out all about no balls, lbw, stumpings etc. which you are going to have to know about. And don’t bother wasting time trying to work out what their equivalent in football is. Get this game of cricket over with, play as hard as you can according to its rules, and then you can go back to football if you wish.

Another way to look at it is that your old life has been suddenly put in limbo. You’ve now got quite a few things to do in limbo, before you can return to the real world. I know you’re desperate to return to this real world, but you’ve got a few things to do first, so accept that you have to do them, do them and don’t waste Time & Energy trying to get back to the real world before your period in limbo is over.

I speak as one who has been there. In both places. I’ve also come through to the other side of everything, with my dignity and sanity intact. I’ve seen your spirit in your first post. This is a great asset to you, which you may mistake for fear. Don’t worry, it will stand you in good stead over the coming weeks. Keep fighting!

                      All the best.

Yes already pleaded, as they did it as soon as i got released, when they dropeds charges, going to listen to tapes today, i think they havwe twisted my words, apparently, IF i did no know at the time, as she said she was 18, then i am only 'technicly' guilty, but have no defence......

VoA - thanks for the brief chat just now. I hope you get some joy from the solicitors whose details I sent to you in relation to vacating the plea. If they agree you have a case they might be able to argue for a transfer of public funding for you.

You can update me tomorrow as to how you got on today with viewing/listening the interview(s).

                            this may help

                            HI Voa
May i suggest the following, My son was falsely accused by someone, You should get your solicitor to ask for a newton hearing to disclose the relevant facts. The CPS should have disclosed the fact that she has made previous allegations to your solicitor as they are "disclosable" on the ground that they undermine her credibilty as a witness.
Please remember that the CPS are not interested in whether you are innocent or guilty, merely if they can gain a conviction. Others will be able to tell you if can can change your plea.
In my sons case they disclosed the fact a month before we were supposed to go to trial and they fought to prevent us being given any information. Good Luck

Can my solicitor make my ex wife or anyone else that matter give evidence on my behalf if they do not want to if it is relevant to the case and possibly my innocence ? Bez.
