Hi,

My barrister didn't even mention the case that i forwarded to them, however I need to email them back so i will be asking them. How do I go about making sure the judge knows I wish to vacate the guilty plea?

What made me think you entered a guilty plea as I can't see reference to one in this thread?

And although there is no reference to one, you have responded as though there was.

I've been to bed but couldn't sleep thinking about this so thought I would get up and check to see if I had mixed you up with somebody else........it looks like I have so my apologies


Edit: If there was no guilty plea and between us we have confused the issue, then I would approach an appeals solicitor and ask them to look at this matter citing Kepinski as it is too similar to ignore.
