I am confused. Can I get access to the statement from my accuser. Can I find out from the met or my local force what they have recorded against me. Can I find out what is on the PNC? Thx

YES you can supenoa the police notes you can supenoa allmost anything and everything best to get a lawyer to do it dont rely on any crappy lawyer some police are so evil it's like your up against the angel of death your going to war fight for your life good luck

you should be able to get a copy of your accussers statement from your solicitor.

I would also speak with him/her regarding what the police have recorded.
