  • Well, well, well.......

It turns out that while Tony was on bail for alleged assault and rape his accuser made another false allegation to the police - roughly 3 weeks before his NFA. The other guy she accused also has now had a NFA for exactly the same crimes but including criminal damage to her flat and possession of cannabis (the cannabis bit was true). This guy "P" is in bits (Tony saw him at a school sports day they were both attending) - he is her brother-in-law and she phoned his son (her 13 year old nephew) to tell him "P" is a rapist.

He was stupid to have drunken consensual sex and I assume that the damage to her sister will be awful. Surely the police should act with wasting police time. It is incredible that she put herself through intimate examinations and questioning again. Can I make a complaint to the police as a tax payer? I think Tony just wants to forget about it but she is a danger to men and deserves to be in prison and have to sign the Sex Offenders register - as surely she has comitted a sex crime.

There are some awful people out there and most of us on this site have met one of them. You can at least take some pleasure from the fact that people will now be sure she's a liar.

Makes you mad doesn't it. My bro is in court next week for sexual assult. Unfortunately he had already been charged by the time she decided to accuse her 16 yr old cousin of rape at the end of last year. Lucky for her cousin, his ended up NFA quite quickly.

Could it be that Tony's evil False Accuser actually gets some kind of thrill out of making up lurid tales of sexual assault. And the intimate physical exams? And as for phoning his son and calling his Dad a rapist - the kid is only 13 for God's sake.... I really can't get my head around how the police could take 2 false allegations within weeks of each other seriously. P. was on bail for 6 months before NFA'd...I'm so angry that this dangerous woman is not being punished.

Could be an attention seeking thing, or a compensation scam? I was a bit suprised to hear that they can still claim compo even when the accused gets NFA

I dont know how you would know, possibly wouldn't. But I do know a judge can refuse them it, on what grounds though I dont know.

Never, ever underestimate the power that "victim status" bestows.

"Poor me, I've been subjected to a sexual assault, I was too traumatised and helpless to talk to anyone about it! Luckily after I had wept and howled on my friends' shoulders, I managed to find the courage to report it. Aren't I brave and self-sacrificing? You should all treat me with a gentleness bordering on reverence, shouldn't you?"

Most normal people think that NO-ONE would fabricate such a terrible thing. TRUE survivors are so genuinely traumatised that they can't believe anyone would lie about such a terrible thing.

                      But some people do.
