Hello all,
I was just sat here thinking about the possibility of trial if I don't receive an NFA and this thought crossed my mind...
The duty solicitor I had, and who is dealing with my case, was talking about how much of a "good earner" a rape case is, could a solicitor stop short of trying to get the case thrown out at pre-trial stage so they can earn more money?
Is it really in the interest (at least financially) of a solicitor to try and stop a case going to court?
