I know this may sound a bit odd.....but i was watching the BBC 1 court show on Tuesday nights i believe , last weeks show was partly to do with George Galloway and his court case against the newspaper for alledged phone taping......anyway one of the things his lawyer got for him was insurance for his legal costs .....does anyone know if false allegation of rape regardless of this already been in the hands of the police , would insurance policys exist for the defendant for costs ? so legal fees could be ring fenced ?
