just an update, after 7 months my brother has been charged this afternoon. the police officers were actually embarressed of the cps's decision. they have told him that they have no evidence and he has been charged on her word. he is due at magistrates court next week. has anyone any advice on what happens next. Will it definately go to crown? or could the case still be thrown out? myself and my family are so distraught but just want to be pro active. He is on the phone at the moment talking to solicitors that rights fighter recommended.

I'm sorry to read this, just gather up your evidence and do time lines, write down every scrap of information you can think of.
If RF has recommended a legal then they will be good and on the ball.And God promised men that good and obedient wives would be found in all corners of the world. Then made the world round .... and laughed and laughed and laughed ..
