Hope you don't mind me asking a couple of questions? Be good for those of us that are in Scotland.

Your first post was in May 2011 and you weren't charged, normally cases are brought to court within the year in Scotland. Was that the case for you?
The reason I ask is that there have been quite a few cases that lately haven't been and it seems like things have changed.

Thanks for the kind words everyone, the past month or so have been bliss and although the times of hardship seem like a lifetime I pray you all get to experience a similar feeling at the end because it is right and just.

You are not alone out there, I felt it so many times and that's why I joined. I always promised myself I'd come back here no matter what and try to help others out from my own experience.
