Hello, just a tip to say if you are not happy with ure Solicitor then change! Ure Solicitor must take instruction's of you, Our's didnt so we changed Solicitor.
The Diffrence is TOTALY amazing, Most of all though make sure the Solicitor specialises in these sort of aligation's

Please also note that there is no absolute right to change solicitors and once the matter has started going through court proceedings it is VERY difficult to do unless you are a privately paying client.
