        Hello

Just needid some reasurance that's all but i've not had it. I've been reading alot how people have tryed to change but not been able to due to how far the case was but they never stated how far there case actualy was so i was just wondering if i'd left it to late but obviosly mine is early on x

~The bit in blue is what led me to believe that you had already instructed a new solicitor. The new sol will be able to see from the paperwork exactly what the old sol has and has not done and should be able to produce a good argument on that basis - as per what V has suggested.

You are "fortunate" in that the old sols have agreed to allow the transfer which should make the process easier. However, if you tried to change again you might find yourself hitting a brick wall.

A few years back one could change sols if they found a better one, without much hassle but that has changed along with the massive cuts in public funding (the old legal aid).
