I read about the "squashing men for a living" in a magazine I read waiting to go into physiotherapy the other day! There was this HUGE woman who had written in about what she does for a living - apparently some men like to have a huge woman lie on top of them.............

Unfortunately, because I read about these cases every day, then I get to also find out about various fetishes - and believe me there are some people who are not as innocent as they pretend to be, as I find that out when I get to read the paperwork.....some of them admit to all sorts!!!!

Why is this so long away, would they be investigating this at the moment. If they find there is no DNA of him being anywhere near this girl will he know before this date And will the charges be dropped.

His whole family is behind him, they know he would never do anything like this. My friend, her cousin and her mum were all in the house.

My friend's mum is a key whitness in my eyes as she was up all night checking on her daughter all night as my friend got a busted lip from her cousin (through drink) so there is no way this could have happened.

This girl in question is only 15 is allowed to smoke, drink and in one occasion she had taken magic and I know she has been sleeping around from the age of 13.

She is on her facebook all the time writing we comments (I'm really sexy and I love myself) I know if I was accusing anyone of rape I would be grieving.

It is like there is a death in my friend's family, they are all devestated, they just can't believe this

Whatever this guy does he must not tell the police about this liar's FB account as they will go to her and she'll stop posting. Get him to save screenshots of comments. Most won't help but some just might and it's worth getting these as a matter of record in case the case goes further.

My brother is in court today for sexual assault of a 13 yr old, his forensics came back all clear, basically no evidence of him touching her on her clothes. But it still went ahead. So far anyway
I agree about the facebook stuff though, get screen shots. The young lady that has accused my bro was drunk that night, even though she is denying that.
What parent lets their 13 yr old daughter get drunk, but what parent invites drunk strangers into their house party when they have young children either.
Especially when the young girl has accused someone else of a similar offense before.

It makes you angry doesn't it. I dont even blame the young girl in my bros case to be honest, this goes a lot deeper. The witness against my brother, that was also at the party, is someone that has always hated my brother & has beaten him up a couple of years ago, as well as beating him up the night of the alleged assault last year. So as a family we are thinking at the moment he's out to get him & there is possibly a whole lot of wanting compensation & splitting it between them (the witness & the girls mother)
The witness first statement said he didn't see anything happen, his second statement says he did. He also said there was no one else in the room, at court today they have now said the girls little brother saw it all.
It's actually the children I am feeling most sorry for at the moment.
I hope your friend gets closure soon. It must be a living hell at the moment.

My friend's family are so angry at this girl as she was a family friend, Apparantley she did this on a guy years ago but never reported it to the police. Her family are no better than her, her mother was raped by her dad years ago (so this girl told us). I just hope there is justice out there..

My friends brother was accused of sexual assult in April by one of our friend. The DNA results came back yesterday:
(1 in 3) or (1 outa 3) came back possitive, that there was simen on her pants.They interrorgated my friends brother for 3 hours, they told him to plead guilty.

My friends brother told them no i am not pleeding guilty for something I didn't do,


The child abuse investigator was taking statements of my friends brothers family, to their knowlege
this investigator was a lovey woman, she told the family she felt so sorry that they have to go through all this. The investigator told my friends father you have to be carefull because she could plant evidence on your son. (is she allowed to say that to him)

The investigator told one of my friends sister (once i get all your statements I have to write a wee character reference what I think of your family) (and I think you are all lovely) was she playing with them? when she was in the room interrorgating my friends brother, she didn't mention any of my friends family's statements. Only the accusers statement was read out. The investigator made out she was for my friends brother's family, but she wasn't. It wasn't until my friends brother spoke out and said what about her facebook comment his solicitor said we are taking hiscase on (i squash men for a living) that was the next night after she accused my friend's brother of sexual assult.

What will happen now......

okay, by the test results coming back "positive" is the semen his? If so, he's got some explaining to do how it got on/in her pants.

Yeah, abuse investigators will lie and say anything to get you/his family on their side, and then twist it against you. Nothing new there.
Don't kno if 1 out of 3 results is enough to go for a charge, but big difference in if it came back as a positive for semen, or a positive for his semen.

just found out my friends younger brother was in a relationship with her friend he was 19. My friends family just found out today. Do you think it could be his younger brothers dna.

He slept with her back in November

I think the DNA test is sufficiently far advanced to tell individuals apart, so in theory it should not match the older brother if it's not his.

I've caught them out telling out and out lies, and that was without there being anything for them to gain.
So yes, they can lie, and yes, they can lie to get someone to wrongly plead guilty.

It's not morally right, but then not a lot they do is morally right these days.
