its been a few monthe since i posted about my brother being arressted for a false accusation of rape back in October. Since then he has re bailed numerous amounts of time. he is due to answer bail tomorrow and his solicitor has just phoned advising him that the police want to re interview him. We had all been just trying to get on with things but now a new wave of worry has just hit us. We have no idea why the police want to do this and im so scared now that they are going to charge him.

It might simply be that his accuser has changed her story and the police want to get his views on it.
I think that if the police were going to charge him regardless of what he says at the interview they would have told his solicitor. My guess is another rebail for the CPS to consider the fresh evidence. (from the interview)
