  • The dream: Anyone seen their accuser convicted?

Just wondering if any members have ever had the ultimate closure to this nightmare of seeing their accuser convicted / punished, or if it's just a pipe dream. I feel that in my case there must surely be overwhelming evidence against my accuser and pray daily that something will be done about it and she will not get away with what she has done to my life. Have been told I will have an answer in terms of my case within the next week so am currently riding the ultimate emotional rollercoaster. Although the logical side of my brain can easily see that all the evidence will go against my accuser, the other side of my brain won't give up on the fact that I might be going to prison.

Mine got punished badly. They took the baby off her at birth and a year later they gave him to me. Can't think of a worse punishment than having your child taken off u. I think she should have been prosecuted but the oic at beds police did not know what he was doing from the onset so they buried it under the carpet.

Am praying they don't let mine off with it after what she's put us all through. Should find out in 10 hours or so what the decision is in terms of the allegations against me, fingers and toes crossed.

              Justice of sorts

Well, the police don't seem to have charged Tony's accuser as she is "Mentally Ill" (She has Borderline Personality Disorder and is a raging alcoholic). However, over the past couple of weeks she has made more accusations against another person - and also behaved horribly at a funeral of one of our friends ( it was a very emotional funeral as the friend who died was very young, and the death very very sudden)- basically turning up piss*d and throwing herself at a married man ( to one of her remaining best friends)- and all of this has made the friends who believed her start to realise something was not right - and as one person put it - all the jigsaw pieces have fallen into place.

Despite what she put Tony through, I still feel sorry for someone who is so deluded and disgraceful a liar - as she cannot be happy - despite having chosen the path she is on. She still disgusts me and I am very angry about what she did to Tony - but I haven't seen him this content since their relationship started (7 years ago).

So, as I said: Justice of sorts. Prison would have been better though.

It seems that she's serving her own life sentence and if she keeps drinking it won't be a very long one.

I'm pleased that the correct outcome has happened, its a pity that it took so long - but if they'd have rushed it through the outcome could have been very different.

Thank you for posting up your good news and I hope you'll visit from time to time.

Well was supposed to know whats going on yesterday morning, spoke to officer in charge who gave me the impression that they had a decision. He was supposed to call me back yest morning but it never happened, so still hanging, stress levels through the roof. Hopefully today will be the day.

Well it seems the police either intentionally, or unintentionally are trying to cause me to have that looming nervous breakdown. Tried to get in touch with the officer again, only to find out that he's off today, so no info. AAARGh. Am sure he's a busy man so will cut him some slack and hopefully hear from him tomorrow.

In my case i got kind words from the police but no action that i know of against the accuser. My sol told me to leave it and not persue the accuser as im better than that and to rise above it. Thing is i have learnt since then she got a council house out of the false allegation and if my daughter did not live with the her then i would report her to the local authority. Justice has not been forth coming yet but i have to be thankful i am not falsely inprisoned!
