Dear friends,
my life has been so much in pain for the last 10 months.
Me and a friend of mine were hold at a police station in a foreign country in europe after identified and taken of dna ecc.
A girl invented a story of rape after a fully consensual sex act.I have been treated gently by police and released just after a day. Nevertheless I know that the investigation of the case was continued and sent to a prosecutor for deciding on the case. No charge has ever been raised against us. (Obvioulsy no signs of violence were found).
I have been living in such a pain but never given up with regard to my good carreer at work.
Is it a reasonable procedure to release a foreign citizen after such an accusation without any restriction and tell then that the investigation is still not closed and decision still to be taken?it sounds really strange to be, i still hope in the girl' s conviction.
I undeline that total anonimity was given to us, I really wish it were like this for any accused without certain proof.
