I had been recording lots of meetings and conversations with school staff and social workers who falsely accused us of abusing one of our children, I did not understand what was going on but I knew people were lying to me. When it came to light that the problems were down to my X wifes lack of care towards one of our children, due to her chasing her boss I went for broke recording everything. When the cross petition came through the post calling me a rapist I put it all up on a website for my solicitor to view including a 20 minute confession by my X where she made it clear I never touched her. I used the freedom of information act to get a copy of my childs school file and teachers notes file and put it all together well before she thought up the allegation. I then sent a letter with a link to my site to the court. I had a nurvous breakdown doing it but I did not even have to attend court as she had no choice but to withdraw it. I truely beleive things would have been different for me and my kids if I did not record things. She lost everything, kids, house etc and is now living in a council bungalow.
