I am 5 days into the worst thing ive ever experianced, never been arrested or in trouble with police.

basically my and my friends went to a party where a girl invited us to her room to sleep, she said she wanted sex but we ignored her and went to go to sleep (fully clothed) she put her hands down our trousers and we both said do you really want to do this?! she said yes and was loving it.

she then said lets stop so we did no problem, and now shes cried rape, i cant belive whats happening and the thought of worst case scenarios is driving me insane, i dont even want to go to court let alone worse for something ive not done, does any know if that the police have no evidence she was forced and its just word vs word the cps can dismiss the case before court ? because i do not want to go as i have never felt so depressed as i did in that cell, all over something she suggested and wanted to do!

Thankyou, sorry for the bad spelling in that post as you can imagine emotion took over a little while i was writing,

I went to the doctors yesterday because the stress is crazy, thoughts i had are not funny ones, and i cant belive what she's putting me through, all because i imagine she felt like a wh*re after she asked me and my friend to sleep with her.

As i asked before do these cases ever get dropped before they make it to court if there is no solid evedence to back what she is saying? ie bruises/ripped clothes, also her friend was in the next room and came in before the lights went off to check the girl was ok with me and my friend in the room, she said yes its fine just turn the lights off, also she didnt tell the police she gave me and my friend both oral (i imagine because that would seem she was happy to do so) but the swabs they took would show this surely ?

Im glad i have found this forum as its very difficult not to talk about it, its all thats in my head right now
