Hi i'm using Maidments they are brilliant they have been so supportive to me and my family i dont think i could have got through the last 9mths without them, i go to court on the 4th jan 2011 if the cps dont drop my case before then! As my acccuser has changed her statement and cant keep up with the lies she started. Maidments are in manchester but dont let that put you off, i live in the south of england and mysolicitor flew down to take all 6 witness statements that support my case.

Kermit -thanks for that. I have since found a specialist in Leeds but I am glad that you are being well represented. It's ridiculous that you have to go through this torture when it is clear that she is fabricating her story. I hope that all goes well for you in January, good luck and have as good a Christmas as you can.
