hi there. my partners case from start to finish took 7 months.you can get your own evidence ,though you still need a solicitor to request what you require.If you are entitled to legal aid,then i would just wait. It costs a lot. You wil be given all evidence aprox 6 to 8 weeks before a trial.If you do not get all evidence,you have rights and channels to go down.i cant think of a worse allegation a man could face.I am really looking into the legal side,so if i can help in anyway i will x

Thanks Keri. I agree there can be few worse things anyone could be falsely accused of. Still waiting, worrying and wishing this nightmare will soon be over.
