hi
The law books are very hard to understand, ive studied the "archbold" and came up with no less than 14 grounds to appeal. My partner has already been wrongly convicted. In that book, you will find the things you need to fight. I wish i could show you. It taken me months of study, but i know ive done enough. Enough for one of the top appeal lawyers in the country to take the case on. Im not intelligent, just determined. You have all the evidence, study it time and time again. You will pick up inconsistancies. Ask to see any cctv footage. Insist on her original statement to be heard in court. And insist on showing all cctv. (not a compilation). You have to be assertive with your barrister, about certain aspects of the case you want addressing. They get paid either way. They dont always mention a lot of things, that we would say is vital. We are people, just as a jury are. Pretend to be the jury, read the evidence. What would you think as an outsider? And conduct the case, so the lies are publically shown to the jury. xxx
