my 16 year old son falsely accused of rape by a woman of 40
Dear Landlady, personally I don't know what this involves, sorry, but I hope that this is all over and done with before very much longer. How is your son coping with this ordeal? Thinking of you
breath is bated here - I do hope that sense prevails.

hi everyone,
as i thought i'd pointed out this was only a perlimery hearing on the 18th, the judge did not set a trial date because our barrister has asked for an appeal for the abuse of process. this is because my son was told twice by the police that NFA was to be taken. the police then appealed to cps on the tird time it went to charge. the barrister tells us this is wrong they basically have had two bites at the cherry. the cps sent it back with no further action because there was insuficiant eveidence. a rape barrister for cps then was asked to look at it nd she sent it to court. it just so happens that she was the barrister proscuting my son and when told of how the police had dealt with it all by our barrister she was appalled and is asking to be taken off the case!!!!
we now have to wait for all the evidence to go to court for the abuse of process which is not until the 21 of feb.
i'm sorry that i didn't make things clear for you all and had you all on tender hooks.
its not over yet so please keep your fingers crossed that this appeal works and the trial gets halted.
thankyou all for your continued support it means so much to me and my family that people understand and care what this has done to us.
