Does any one know the best way to deal with a police force lack of impartiality or how to raise my concerns , my case was nfa, but the woman involved has moved into the same street (by choice)

You could try applying for a court order not to go within a certain distance of you or to have any type of contact with you. Hopefully if she moves in under what it says - she'll have to move away again.
I'm sure someone else will come along with better advice.And God promised men that good and obedient wives would be found in all corners of the world. Then made the world round .... and laughed and laughed and laughed .. -

Hi There,
I think you could obtain a Non Molestation order from the Courts, if you fit the requirments, one being you have had a type rlationship with the party.
I would look into this through a solicitor, you could ask for a power of arrest, Please dont quote me on this as not fully sure.
