my partner was convicted of histrocial sexual offences in court this week, the judge was shameful, my partner barrister had proved they did not have the car at the time and the judge just dismissed it as she oboviously got the date wrong as it was so stressful and a long time ago even though on the stand she confrimed the dates. I need advice on how i could try and get an appeal i know he is innocent as his ex wife had told people she would do this when the divorce went through but we were told we could not say this in court. has anybody got any ideas on how we can start to get an appeal??

If you can please give your contact details to RFLH who will pas them on to me in strict confidence.

The main bulk of my work is helping to appeal historical allegations of alleged sexual abuse.

I've heard from her and will ring her tomorrow if she gets back to me to say that's ok.

Just had a heart attack (well nearly!) I downloaded Windows Live Essentials and after restarting I couldn't get into my own computer profile and had to use system restore. Now I am having a problem running back-up for some reason............

I thought I had lost 7 years of work.................

sadly not bein allowed to tell the truth in court seems to be a major problem, i just goes to show how the system is manipulated by the cps mind you, the cps seem to bring up anything they wish regardless of if its relevent to the case, the jury believe they are hearing everything but it always seems that far from the truth, i think thats why there are sooo many appeals these days. i hope you get this mess sorted out very soon and you are back with your partner.
