thank you friday i'll have a look today and see whats what, i just wondered if i contacted hotmail to see if they could help with it as i keep a tidy hotmail account, i wish i didn't now but thanx for the help.

A forensics expert might be able to retrieve the emails from your computer (the host computer that you download and answer on) but if that's the computer that's been taken you have a problem. You can instruct your sol once you are charged to instruct such an expert to interrogate the machine. I can refer you to such an expert who goes the extra mile to help people who are genuinely falsely accused.

thanx again, if i get charged i'll ask my solicitor to do that with my laptop but i'm hoping the police will see there is too much proof this girl is lying, on the day of my arrest they told me they knew she has lied about a number of things and had the proof after my interview but well you know what the police are like after they have spent man hours on a case, they will look for any knicking rightly or wrongly and i would be the easiest target out of the two of us, i haven't heard a word since my arrest, is that normal i have tried to ring the oic left a message but no return calls ? i can't wait for this to be over so i can be strong enough to help others in this mad situation, this site has really opened my eyes to this problem also the friendlyness and helpfulness of the people here is staggering.

it seems i am out of luck with hotmail and facebook and even the dating site the false profile was set up on, GOD it's so frustrating, dont any of them hold electronic records ? the police don't seem to have a problem with collecting what they want. i'm bac at the police station on the 3rd of nov i'd just like to go there armed with more info.

An expert for the defence should be able to interrogate the hard drive where you viewed all the posts/emails etc.

There was a Pat Wiles there some time ago who was highly recommended to me. I don't know if she is still there.

If the complainant has had somebody else prosecuted for the same alleged crime, and he is denying it, then the jury has a right to know about that.

Once you have been here for ten days you will be able to use the Private Messaging function. When you can do that please PM me and I'll see if there is anything I can do to help. You must keep posting as I do not help people who do not support other people.
Hi RF i there doesn't appear to be a pat wiles there now d you know of any other solictors that fight this type of alligation ? sorry to be a pain but i have to go back to the police station next week and i think it would be a good idea to have someone with me this time, thanks in advance for your help.

Really sorry - I don't know any that I can recommend in that area.

Search on Google for criminal defence sols in your area and have a look at their websites to see what they specialise in.

                    Yep I am busy!!!

You will have to wait until you have been on here ten days, I think the rule is. then you should be able to send PMs.

I am doing a legal visit to a prison in Cambridgeshire, travelling on Monday and staying in B&B near March, if you want to meet up.

I have attempted to PM you. Please do not respond on here but email me at the address given. Do not pass on that email address to anybody else as I have enough on my plate!

                        Thanks.
