Do you have to actually go back to the station to answer your bail? I was 'lucky' as my OIC used to ring up the day before to say I didn't have to go as I was being rebailed; of course all that meant if she was late in ringing I started to sweat as I then thought I was going to be charged'What doesn't kill you makes you stronger'

Hi there. question for you.. have you seen your GP regarding what is going on? You really do need to if you have not done so already. We all try to battle on while dealing with an ordeal like this, but most find it nigh on impossible. your physical well-being suffers so much, don't sleep or eat can't concentrate and everything turn to blind panic. Please try to stay calm (not easy I know). Have you tried speaking to the Samartians?????

Just re-read your posts. It seems that for whatever reason they want you gone.
You won't go of your own volition so they may well have rung the police saying you were drink driving, in the hope that you were.
When that didn't work your daughter made her allegations. It looks like the ploy has worked as you are no longer at the house (I assume?)
If this matter is NFA'd you need to be aware that anybody you are in touch with who has children under the age of 16 could be approached by the police or SS. Being NFA'd does not mean no crime was committed.
You will know that none was in your case, but there are cases where people are guilty as sin, and they are NFA'd, which is why CPU and SS will step in. It really depends on the circumstances of the NFA.Last edited by Rights Fighter; 14 September 2010, 05:56 PM.People Appealing Convictions of Sexual Offences ~http://www.pacso.co.uk

You are 150% right in what you are saying, as to what i have seen during this situation, find it absolutely outragous to the things that they have been doing so much, of a shame i gave them everything what ever they wanted i ply myself with so much work making myself ill in the process to get them what ever was wanted. After all i did for them i never expected any of this. The hurt is so much

Hi Motorman
In response to your question about how long this will go on for, the simple answer is that no-one really knows. Some people have been NFAd or charged very quickly, and some are kept on bail for months and months.
I'm glad you have a strong support network, that is invaluable. Unfortunately, you are in limbo, and will be until your case is either NFAd or you are charged. The waiting is tough, but hang in there.

No matter how hard you have worked, given/bought them things, or whatever, if for some reason they want you gone, and if you do not go, some people will do whatever it takes to have you removed permanently.
Therefore if you have not gone of your own volition then they will make false allegations to ensure your removal.
If this goes to trial you can use this as a motive. If you can show no strong motive then a conviction if more likely.
All you can do is to go with the flow at the moment. One can rebailed for well over a year. Not a pleasant prospect I know.People Appealing Convictions of Sexual Offences ~http://www.pacso.co.uk

It could be that plod are hoping you will "crack under pressure" and confess to your "crimes". We have a member here who was accused, arrested, interviewed and bailed, only for his accuser to tell the police soon afterwards that she didn't want to proceed with the case. It still took months before he finally got notification of the NFA. Or they may be hoping that other "victims" will come forward....the more people who claim you have "assaulted" them, the stronger the case for the CPS.
The "Creature" that accused my husband rang the police a week after the allegation and said she "couldn't be sure" that she had been raped. However the police chose not to tell my hubby this for 14 weeks!!!
So in a nutshell, your situation is not that uncommon. I know that doesn't make it any easier for you to deal with, but hang in there. You have a good support network, which is worth its weight in gold. And of course, we are all here for you too.
