As some people may know me, I have been accused of rape. I had a bail date set in late August however this date has been pushed back until late September as they are not ready to proceed. I would like to know whether this is good or bad for me? The CCTV footage of us both I have been told helps me enormously by my solicitor which is good news! Perhaps they realise this too? I dont know!

Easy for me to say but try not to worry too much about this. All this could be is that the police are too busy to put their case together to send toe the CPS for their view. That, of they could be still "investigating" the matter.

Oh right thank you. Well the thing is is that I have yet to make a formal statement and that has been pushed back. That is what I am concerned about. I can't wait for this to be over so I can get on with my life and forget this ever happened to me; although this is a long way off. I must say though, I'm handling this alot better than I was 6 weeks ago
