A few months back my ex and i had a falling out and she went round sayin i raped her, the police then got involved and i was arrested... this was dropped as all of both her and my friends told them that we were together
now my ex from a few months after that has taken ideas from that, and having a big fall out with the family ( sevral police incidents involving damage to each others cars) she has also gone to the police
im slightly worried as it has just been postponed for the 5th time and the woman on the phone said
'she is ready to go, just waiting on paperwork from cps'
I know I can get as many people as i need to say we were seeing each other at the time and that it wouldnt have been rape etc but the main thing really is can anyone recommend me a good solicitor in East Midlands?
and any reassurance would be good
