    Slow Down

Ok first of all calm down and don't get too scared - which I know is easier said than done.
Most people on here will tell you the same - work out what happened and write everything down that really happened - dont be afraid of the truth that is key here. Also get yourself a good lawyer asap - don't delay - I did and whilst its now sorted wish I had done so before, because my life stopped for a few months as I was in pure panic mode.

So please calm down - don't panic - if you are innocent you will be fine - liars are usually caught and will always screw up one way or the other.

You've found this site and thats good - take the advice and learn from the threads that what I and so many others did.

Are you on bail? If so for how long? what evidence if any have they said they have? use your brains not your heart - don't react -

I hope it gets better for you and I will say a prayer for you

hi username - I see you say that no charges were brought against you. That's good.

I can understand how you must be feeling. Have you been to see your GP?
And God promised men that good and obedient wives would be found in all corners of the world. Then made the world round .... and laughed and laughed and laughed ..

Dear username. Well you found your way to the right place, advice and support can be found here. If needs be must go back to your GP again and explain you are having trouble coping, it really doesn't matter how many times you go. If you have trouble talking to friends and family try ringing the Samaritans, they are impartial and will understand your fears (I found them and this place invaluable). Most of all remember you are not alone. You are in my thoughts
