my 13 year old niece accused my son of rape. she said it happen 3 years ago no real evidence but a tape of my son talking to her. Heard tape he said he didn"t rape her on it but parts of tape sounds like somethink happen he never says what happen or amits to anything on the tape. I want to know if anyone knows if its legal for an investegater to use his own recorder and pc by himself to form evidence. This happen in n.y. any help is appreceated.

hi im not sure if it is legal however any evedence will be used in investigation against your son no matter how small seek legal advice asap
