If you do not get help from your GP now then later on you might be forced to do so by having a breakdown. There is no shame in taking anti-depressants or medication to alleviate stress and anxiety.

i agree , the anti depressants are a god send , just like the people on here ....dont be ashamed to seek help .... and dont be ashamed to have a rant on here , i can vouch that it DOES help .
