I am really pleased and happy for all of you, not the least because, despite your own worries, you were a tower of strength to other members

Thanks everyone, i will still be coming on here so that i can help support others and i will be continuing to push for parts of the law to be changed. I was gobsmacked that my son could spend a year on bail in another county and this would not be considered in his sentence.
I now have a very low opinion of our justice system. I suspect that one of the jurors has some experience as they were asking for results of penile swabs etc, they were negative as my son always maintained that he had consensual sex and used a condom, something that the prosecution tried to ignore in court and the judge in his summing up tried to suggest that he had used a condom to rape his accuser, his accuser had always denied that he used a condom.

                            question

                            Dear worried father
Quick question for you.....Are you going to try to get your sons biometric data destroyed? I know it's early days and must add yet again how delighted I am with the outcome of your sons case.
