Well folks back to reality! Son in a bad way again this morning managed to calm him down but he is paranoid about everything he says to any female. I get where he's coming from but have tried to tell him not all women are outright *****es. Have got the address ready to write to our Chief Constable regards his details being on record (not holding out much hope) also our MP. Now's the time to get proactive.
ive read your posts and although it hurts at times just think to yourself im innocent and have done nothing wrong i myself have been accused of rapeing my own daughter that was a big big shock to me however no dna no medical evidendce as in she is still a virgin !!! as 15
teenagers just dont care who they hurt or what they say to get attension however the innocent shall shine and the pain becomes numb after a while
tell your son hes not alone there are many of us that are going through this remember to be strong and keep a clear mind also try vitamin b12 that helps combat the depression but a friend in need option works wonders

thanks frustrated Dad, yep, we understand that many folks are in a much worse position than our son was. Things are slightly different from a lot on hear as our son has learning difficulties and he is having a VERY hard time trying to comprehend how " A Friend" could have done this to him. We plod on and always try to keep others in our thoughts. Will get him to try the b12, will give anything a try
it can be stressfull and painfull however find a friend that makes you feel good and smile because when the chips are down we all need good friends to get us through these bad times however dont dispair there is god on your side and that is more powerfull than any cps!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well folks, the letter to the Chief Constable is written and one for our local MP asking for our sons records to be destroyed, not holding out too much hope but have got to give it a go. Anybody had any success having their records destroyed?

RFLH, Thanks for that! wonder how successful this will turn out to be? £2oo.oo! so not only do we have to pay emotionally but now we have to pay financially All in all seems a little unfair but a small price to pay when you have done nothing wrong. Maybe they should get the accusers to pay this fee

well folks thought I would keep you up to date! had a letter today from our MP she has referred our sons case to The Home Secretary regarding the retaining of his biometric data and will let us know when she hears something. At least we got a response so will let you all know when we hear anything. Hasten to add that we had had NO response from our Chief Constable, no bloody surprise there then Must be said that our son has had a relatively good week (so far!) He has even asked about other people on here, think he finds a small amount of comfort in the knowledge that he is not the only person to have found themselves in this terrifying situation. Would like to say a big THANKYOU for all your ongoing support.
