Hi Saffron, no not yet as there is little sol can do until/if i am charged so i was waiting to see what happened.
Spoke to my sol (the duty one) earlier who was amazed that they had delayed for another 3 months. He reckons the longer it goes on the better it looks as if they had anything they should have charged by now. In addition he reckons the file may not even have gone to the CPS yet and the police might just be saying that because they havent finished investigating yet. He seems to think that once a file has gone to the CPS a decision should be made pretty quickly.
Like you said, I am trying to stay positive but its just so difficult. I lost my job over this and really need to find another one but finding it difficult to focus on it right now.
