hi ive been accused of rapeing my partner of 13 years ive not been charged but on police bail awaiting on cps as they said they need more time iv been on bail since oct 19th and bail has now been exstended to feb 26th we had a row and we had sex after which she consented 2 but 2 days later said id raped her but i dident so can any1 help me as ther seems 2 be no suport 4 me anywere thank you

Hi Kev, if you look at other threads you'll be able to see that many others have been in the position that you are now and the answers will always be the same.

Not a lot can be done until you know what you are up against. If you get charged when you go back to answer bail then is when you need to start fighting.

But have a look at previous theads and you'll know what you're up against.

Hello, I have been charge with rape last mounth, i did told the police that I had consent sex with her before they told me that they found my DNA in her underwere, that is the only evidence they got. I call that police many times to tell then fact that I just remember and to know what was going on with my case and they always told me, DON'T WORRY, THEY DON'T THINK THAT I GET CHARGE and to wait for the CPS. More then one person are vere suprice that the CPS charge me with the offence and they told me that they are under pressure to put more cases forward.
I know that is not easy to don't be worry or depress but you have to try your best to keep you self well and remember you got the more powerfull weapon wish is the "true"

thank you for your note tday as u say it was consented as mine was but you still have the worry of if you gat charged for something you know you havent done . my x left me 5 times and kept comming back 2 me but the last year she was so distent and i found out that she wanted out and saved 7k so she could rent somewere ,so i night we had a row and we made up after the row but sex was consented then she left me and 2 days later the police aressted me on an alligation of rape i was intervied and told them wahat happend ,but i said i dont nead a laywer as i have not done it , and this keeps getting re bail for the last 3 months and now they have said cps need more time untill late feb

I wait four mounths and got charge, the police told me that is not their decition anymore is CPS but they keep telling me that they don't think I get charge. Everyone say that the CPS work with targets and that make me feel sick, they only answer to the parlament and you know everything to do with politic is very doggy, I promiss to my self that I well expend the rest of my life proving that I'm inocent, for me is clear due to her life stile that she afther money she don't know me and she put me on my knees. Newlife if you have been charged then the Crown (CPS) has made its decision. I hope you have an experienced solicitor who is used to dealing in false allegations of sexual offences.

Kev you said you didn't have a solicitor. Have you found one now? I see you have not been charged and there isn't a lot a solicitor can do at the moment but a caring one would attend a bail hearing with you.

ty yes i do have a solicetor now but when i went last week they said the cps needed more time, bail now till end of feb aslo from what ive told my soliceter he said it seems 2 be a week case but shes a very good lier all i know is that ther is no help 4 any one accused of rape its so wrong, but if u have done it you deserve what u get ty for your repliy

Thanks for you reply Right Fighter, this is the duty solicitor, I have ask other solicitor and they recomend the one I got now, any idea how to find out more about my solicitor?

I saw that today is my plea but it was not and I been in cout two time, my plea is going to be in march, the court ask the CPS to send all the document like medical report, her video interview and fotos of the injuries if is possible to my solicitor to prepare my case.

The court told the CPS to send photos of injuries and a diagram if is any to my solicitor, I'm sure there is not injuries becouse at the time of sex she was lubricated and I didn't use any force and in the police (MG) summary they didn't wrote anything about body injuries.
