Good Luck , i have my fingers crossed for you. People can and will lie, My sons accuser told the police that a relation assaulted her and then changed her story later to another relation, proceedings were dropped. I wish you well as does everyone else on here. False accusations are around about 25-30% but plod are reluctant to admit that.

Ahh, that's because you have less than ten posts. That's a system that was put in place to deter spammers coming in, posting spam and then b*gg*ering off.

I think the last time someone needed to get hold of RF urgently, I was the go-between in passing email addresses.
Either that, or if you want to just post a number of messages in this thread with more than 15 letters in them, ie eooitweiotu[q0nvoitr[mvqotiu[nqveiutn then that should take you up to your level of 10 posts, and the PM facility should open.

Once that's happened, let me know on here or via pm and I'll delete the gobbledook posts.

Okay, I've realised why that hasn't worked. You only joined on Monday, and it's 5 posts and ten days. before pm's work. Sorry, I thought you'd joined earlier in the month and just hadn't posted the required posts.

I unfortunatly do not have the rapport and trust that worried father has with yourselves and i am just acting as a messenger at the moment so i will not say too much i understand that worried father trusts RF so will PM once i am in position to do so but thanks for your help i understand he does need your help further and is very gratfull for the assistance he has been given.

The reason there is so much to-ing and fro-ing is is because I have so much work on and some months ago I got a bit pis*ed of with people sending me PMs when they didn't bother posting on the forum or supporting others first, and even then, these were mainly guys who had had one night stands who then said they were falsely accused of rape.

I have to draw the line somewhere.

My work deals mainly with historical allegations of sexual abuse and these are the cases that I focus on in relation to appeal or pre-trial work.

For obvious reasons I cannot just drop everything for new members who don't post up (as I can't see what the problem is).

If this poster contacts LS with what the problem is and an email address I can use, depending on the circumstances, I will do my best to assist.

RF is right. We had a few situations where people would join the forum and then ask for help via PM rather than posting, which got very time consuming and frustrating for us Mods and RF. The idea of the forum is to give support, but to do that we need people to post so others can help as well us Mods and RF.
I hope the update on your trial is good news.
