well i been up today for my plea and my barrister got it adjourned for 2 weeks becuase he cps have still not given my barrister or legal team all of the info that the cps is putting forward.

well just got back and yet again i's been adjourned untill oct now :-(

and it's went from a 4 day trail to a 7 day one now.

becasue of the amount of evidence my side have got " my barrister said no way can we go though it all to show how much the said victoms lierers in 4 days and the judge agreed with him 100%

the seconds i got back home and checked facebook low and behold they had posted about not getting the news they wanted to hear!

what were they thinking i was going to do? admit to some thing i have never done and make there silly little lives better so they can clame on the compo train asap?

i find it pretty funny in a sence really that they keep posting things about people telling the truth and coming clean all the time...yet they CANT do it them selfs and come clean about this all being bollox and messing around with people's live's.

soz rant over lol so now just got to wait untill oct

Sounds like good news to me!
Might be worth asking your sol to check whether a compensation claim has already been submitted to cica by your accuser. If they have already applied for compo it could be very compelling evidence that her motives are financial. Just a thought.

Also, keep checking the facebook profile and take screen prints of any status updates that might be useful....things like "going out to paint the town red tonight" and so-on. This could be useful if your accuser states in court that she is afraid to go out since the "rape" etc.

i'll say sorry at the start here but i really need to vent some anger today.

doing my daily facebook trolling i came across a post made by the little scumbag saying she is going on hol's soon and is so happy about it....not only is she aloud to go any were she like's in my home town and see who she likes but shes also aloud to go on hols....i know that sounds so silly but it's normaly around this time each year i take my wife and kids away on hols and i cant now and it's driven me NUTS!!

sigh arhh btw i saw some thing on her mother's facebook the same day as my plea and to me it looks like she's being nasty to me.

Does she hold a grudge against you for something else? If she does then here is some evidence that could be used to prove a MOTIVE for lying.

SIGH* i really really give up now.......i was arrest again on sunday gone by the Ar*e hole OIC thats daeling with my case...but not for some thing to do with this case but becasue of a fight i had 15 years ago!!...he arrested me and bailed me after i gave him a interview and stated there was 7 witness's to prove i,am not guilty and not only that but the guy saying i had the fight with him also says in his statment he attacked me not the other away round yet this ar*e has charged me with it!!...i asked him " how the hell can you charge me?..have you not took statment from the 7 witness's and also they guy admit it was him not me " he replyed with " i dont ned to becasue the CPS go of the info they are given and i have 3 statments saying you did it".

so now i,am up to court for this!...my sol says he is doing it for bad carritcer (sorry bad spelling)
how can he get away with this?
how is able to not do his job and get it passed the cps?

i asked to see the officer in charged and said i wanted to make a complaint about him ...i sat there went over alot of things this officer has done and also alo he has not done...and the only thing the officer in charge wrote down was my name and address..NOTHING else.

so i was thinking of going to the IPCC but i,am not sure.

sorry for the rant but i feel now its gone way way beyord a joke with this guy.

I think that your solicitor might be right - they are trying to bring in "bad character". However, as this does not relate to sexual offences then I cannot see it being admitted into the evidence by the judge, unless the current allegations include physical assault - although there again, getting into a fight is rather different than physically assaulting somebody, depending on the circumstances. Previous offences (bad character) should be relevant to the case.

You will need to explain what the fight was about, who started it, whether it was self-defence etc (the records will be available).

ok i just been to court for the matter of the fight that took place 15 years ago and low and behold it's been sent to crown court now :-( becasue the officer has STILL NOT took any statments from the 7 people that prove i did not do it and also the 6 police officers that attened the sence at the time and proved way back that i did not do it.

what is up with this? how the hell can they not see its a bloody joke that this guy is doing?

i had a word with the chief ins in the police station next to the court and he is looking in to this officer and the case also as he cant under stand why this is being sent to crown eva.

You need to read posts going back in time - THE POLICE WILL OFTEN IGNORE EVIDENCE/WITNESSES THAT WILL HELP THE DEFENCE CASE.

It happens all the time.
