Advice needed Urgently

ok so here we go on friday 13th this month i was arrested for the rape of an 3 year old boy in 2004. i become friends with with a lad called dean after working together we become good friends and he introduced me to his gf and then his gf's mum, me and his gf's mum got on really well after a couple of months i sorta moved in with them i was basically there every day every night helping her out around the house and help takin her 3 year old son to school and picking him up, the more i got to know wendy i started to see things like the way she was treating her son, she was very harsh towards him like hitting him shouting at him and once i saw her throw him across the room this did shock me a little but i didnt think it was my place to say anything, he was very naughty but i think that is due to the way she was towards him and he had behavoral problem at school, as time went on i noticed wendy was drinkin every night and was drunk 6 nights out of 7, when she was drunk she would ignore him and i would be the only one that would interact with him and on a few occasions he called me his dad with i thought was a bit strange as his dad was in his life but not fully hands on, as wendy and andrew were always falling out. me wendy amy and dean used to go clubbin and we had a good laugh until one night wendy told me that she was fallin in love with and asked me if i would have sex with her and i refused as im gay, and she seemed to be off with at times buit before she asked me this i never felt any awkwardness from her. anyway months passed wendy used to get me to drive her car to pick alcohol up for her and cigerettes n food shooping but hardly ever food shopping, i never had a driving licence when i knew wendy as i passed my test a week or so before my 21st birthday in 2004 the years wendy claims this happened, when i was getting questioned by the police wendy had denied that i practically lived with her when i was, the police also asked me how i used to get to wendy as she lived 6 miles away from my home and busses werent an option as i had no money and wasnt working and nor was i claiming any benifits. i told them that it was wendy who used to pick me up and let me drive her car to pop home and pick up clean clothes ect. so there is no way this inncident could have happened in 2004 as i got my licence so she has got the wrong year, when i knew wendy it was 2003, in 2004 i was working in a train station 25 miles away and eventually moved there with a friend and i asked her this evening if it was 2004 and she told me yes it was. the night of the inncident amy told the police that she was baby sitting with a friend but couldnt remember her friends name and apparently i turned up at the door at half 9 at night with a bottled of wine (i dont drink wine as i get really bad hangovers nor did i have any money) she said that the boy stirred and came down the stairs i apparently jumped at the chance to put him to bed and she told the police i was up there for over half an hour, she also mentioned in her statement that she thought i was weird and there was something odd about me, but not once did she ever say that or come across to me as tho she felt that infact me and amy become close, i was falling in love with her bf and her bf was also showing me signs that he wanted me to do make a move on him but i never did we were out clubbin one night and i remember him saying to me "if you try it on with me i wont tell amy" but i just ignored it and did nothing. now the night in question i was at wendys house all day and all night i stayed over that night i did go up stairs with him but it was only to get his pajamas for him and then we came back down with the boy we were up there about 10 mins. the boy was not in bed as he wouldnt sleep in his own bed he had to be in his mums bed with her. wendy got home about 1.30 am the boy had apparently told his mum that i had put my penis in his mouth. but nothing was said to me until i left the following day. then i had amy wendys daughter give me abuseive text messages and phone calls. there is no way i could get to wendys house at half 9 at night no busses no money and definaltly no money for wine! she said i was at wendys for about 45 mins after i put the boy to bed i left and again no transport! i stayed at wendy that night i was in the boys bed and the boy was in with wendy bed. i left the following day about mid afternoon and went home i think it was my mum that picked me up but im not sure, mum would never hardly give me a lift as they moaned i couldnt give her petrol money. wendy has got statements from herslef amy the boys dad (who told the police that myself and the boys dad had a relationship which is not true we kissed once on wendys sofa and that was it) the boys auntie who i dont know, and some councillors. they told me they had videod the boy and apparently his behavour changed after this inncident. i have been bailed now til 22nd january 2010 and i really dont know what to do i fell i havent got a leg to stand on as they have all these statements. i didnt not ever exspose nor put my penis in the boys mouth, this allegation has been reported in the month.

i really would appriciate advice or help with this as im not prepaired to be convicted of something i havent done so please please if you have any advice or help please post on this thread

Find a solicitor who specialises in defending false allegations of sexual abuse.
