Hello and welcome to DM although I am sorry that you find yourself here.
The good news is that very few rape allegations reach the charging stage. Please take heart from the fact that the odds of you appearing in court are extremely low.
The bad news is that the justice system moves at a snails pace and you may have a long wait for the case to be disposed of. You would be right to expect your bail to be extended or be released under investigation.
Phone forensics can take some time on their own, whether your deleted messages can be recovered or not I don't know but if the accuser has a copy of your conversation she should be asked to hand it over.
In the meantime, I suggest you write down what you can remember in a coherent timeline of events. Details can be important.
It's important that you do not contact the accuser at all but if you can see her social media and take screenshots or have someone you trust do this, it can sometimes be helpful.
Do not hand any evidence to police without going through your solicitor.
Have you told any close friends/family about this? Local support can be a big help.
Don't be afraid of asking your doctor for help if you are feeling low.
