Thanks for that! I've had a particularly nasty email from the person concerned today. They do say the road to hell is paved with good intentions (in my case which are completely and utterly misinterpreted).

Hi Italian 1 and welcome to this forum.

I am puzzled that he has been required to attend a line up as this suggests that the complainant is not sure who allegedly assaulted her.

Hi Italian - are you in Britain?
And God promised men that good and obedient wives would be found in all corners of the world. Then made the world round .... and laughed and laughed and laughed ..

Francome, Scots law is different to English so unfortunately I cannot advise you.

I am sure I sent you some Scots support links in a PM. Have you tried those?

can anyone shine any light on why the pf would request a bail review when high court already oposed it

Sorry I cannot help here as i don't know Scots law.

Maybe they want to alter some of the conditions of bail? It could be as simple as that.
