Mothers - yip can relate to that one and in my case we proved the mother was the most ridiculous liar in court making false accusations and especially when it came to the impact statement all about money money money. Problem was if we had allowed her daughter to stay with us and finish her year at school she would have lost her maintenance aswell - sometimes wish we had agreed without reservation on her estranged fathers permission.

Im not saying anything against plod cos the defence Barristers should have castrated everyone involved on the crowns side but made no attempt to put the record and story straight.

To be honest the good people are the easiest catch cos we dont fight back properly and allow the system to destroy us.

Yeah i agree, theres a line of how nice you can be you still have to be hard enough to look out for your best interests. Im getting a little nervous now but i still dont see how anything can come of this and neither can my loyer so hopefully will be ok.

I think you can see how your defence team is going to behave by their case and trial preparation - do they seek the evidence you need make sure transcripts are fair and honest and have evertything THEY NEED in them?

Also do they prepare your side and your witnesses to have the ammunition to take the CRown on and fight for truth and justice. If they are withdrawn and sit back and allow the crown to present only their side without any challenge - your in trouble.

Day one of the trial - if the Police investigation is NOT put on trial and their methods and motives challenged if there not pushed why evidence, discrepancies and inconsistancies were not closed and qualified - you may as well give up and pack your bags. You've been had and your not gonna get a fair and honest trial. The system is going to beat you and you will be just another sad statistic. After day one its all down hill and the Jury none the wiser about why or what motives put you in the position of being there.

Holy S!!t my story is almost identical!!

My story is almost identical but I have two things in my favour:-

1. She has done this before
2. People I do not even know came forward as she told friends it never happened.

Felt like I was the only person this had happened to. This girl even got a Non molestation order stopping me from going within 100 metres of my home within which time she stole every single item I owned.

I had to go and find a new place to live as well in the process.

I'm going through a very similar situation right now, just remember no matter what another person lies about you the truth always come out. My situation is that I broke up with my gf because she was making my life hell (she was not working, she became very negative, argumentative even violent) and all these behaviour were affecting me, therefore I decided to call it a day. The evening before we broke up we had a big argument and she attacked me and bruised me in the face. I never attack her back but I pushed her away and I was shouting at her for attacking me and this was the end of our argument. She was at mine that night, I went to sleep and told her we will have to talk about her violent behaviour. anyway, cutting the story short the next day I went to work come back home she'gone. she left my house like a war zone...she destroyed everything I owed. TV, fridge cooker, even cutting electric wires, all my clothes were gone...I dont know how to describe the damage...straight away i called the police...everyone who entered the house was shocked..

2 weeks later she was arrested for criminal damage and assult for the bruises she caused me the night before destroyed my place...
when interviewed she also made allegations against me of rape (saying I force myself to have sex with her) she came up with some random dates that I would not even remember...she was released on bail then a week later I got arrested for her allegations. I told the police the truth, rape in not something I would do, ever done and will never do. Does not fit my character! I had a solicitor who was very helpful in preparing the interview with the police. After the interview I was released straight away but told I have to return....Im now in a possition to prove she lied as I have managed to uncovered what I did the date she gave police that I raped her...What I wanted to know is that if a women is falsely accuse a man for a rape what happened to her? of course anyone who rape another person should be punished. I know I will prove to the police that she is a lie but what happen to someone to engineer such a lie.

Once an accuser had made their statement and found a friendly Police officer they believe themselves to be above the law and untouchable. I had my house wrecked and thousands of pounds of things stolen, the neighbour saw them and guess what - the police did nothing. I know they know who did it and yet refuse to make any move towards prosecution. After all the Police dont attend breakins anymore only issue a crime number.

these people are given immunity, a license to push their accused to commiting offences so the system has something to get you with. It really is us and them yet them is the state themselves, or atleast someone who is supposed to represent them.
