Having any kind of sex with a person under the age of 16 is illegal. Oral sex is now considered to be "rape" if it is without consent.

Sorry, I don't quite understand your post. If, as an 18 year old (and therefore an adult) you have sexual contact of any kind with a male or female who is underage, it is classed as rape or indecent assault, regardless of whether they consented or not - by law they are deemed too young to consent. There have been several high-profile cases about this recently.
If you knew he was underage, I'm afraid you have very little defence.
However, if he claimed to be over the age of consent, and you can back this up, preferably with witnesses or corroboration of some kind, then you may have a case.
